The project was developed around a belt-based industrial conveyor oven concept with stable hot-air circulation, adjustable conveyor speed and repeatable residence time for printed fabric. The objective was not only moisture removal, but consistent drying without excessive local heating, sticking or color variation.

The customer required a practical conveyor oven solution that could match the rhythm of the fabric printing line. The system needed to provide stable heating, smooth material transfer, and reliable operation for daily production.

Main Challenge: The main challenge was to design conveyor ovens that could support continuous textile processing while maintaining stable drying performance. For printed fabric, uneven heating may cause color variation, surface defects, sticking, or poor coating fixation, so airflow, temperature control, and conveyor movement had to be considered together.

ZonHoo customized two conveyor ovens for the Brazilian fabric printing factory. The ovens were designed to be installed after the printing or coating process, allowing the fabric to move continuously through the heated chamber for controlled drying and color fixation.

The conveyor structure also supports continuous production and makes it easier to integrate the oven with upstream and downstream textile equipment. Where faster surface response is required, an infrared conveyor oven for rapid heating can be considered; projects with unusual handling, multiple process stages or plant interfaces can move into custom conveyor oven systems.
