Choose by Process Requirement

Which Process Line Fits Your Application?

Choose by the production process first. The thermal equipment is then engineered around the process route.

Selection rule: do not begin with oven size. Begin with product, throughput, process stages and required output condition.

Process Line FAQ

Integrated Industrial Process Lines FAQ

What is an integrated industrial process line?

A coordinated system connecting product handling, preparation or application, thermal processing, cooling, exhaust, controls and upstream/downstream equipment around one production objective.

How do I choose between the four line families?

Choose according to the process: liquid coating, powder coating, continuous moisture removal or PTFE/high-temperature coating. Final configuration then follows product, throughput, thermal profile and site data.

Does ZonHoo supply every machine in the line?

The project boundary is defined during engineering. ZonHoo focuses on thermal equipment, conveying, controls and system integration, while selected upstream or third-party modules can be integrated as agreed.

Can a new line connect to existing equipment?

Yes, when mechanical, electrical, control and process interfaces are compatible. Existing equipment should be documented before the concept layout is finalized.

How is line capacity determined?

Capacity is based on loading, pitch or lane arrangement, conveyor speed, residence time, thermal load, exhaust or moisture load and any upstream/downstream bottleneck.

Can gas, electric or infrared heating be used?

Yes. The selection depends on process temperature, product response, utilities, line speed, exhaust requirements and operating objectives.

Can PLC controls integrate with factory automation?

Yes. Required I/O, protocols, permissives, fault signals, recipes, speed synchronization and equipment handshakes should be defined during engineering.

What information is needed to start?

Provide product drawings or photos, dimensions, weight, throughput, process sequence, thermal profile, handling preference, utilities, available layout and intended scope.
