Project Description
A Canadian chemical materials company needed an outdoor heated storage hot box for sealed IBCs and chemical drums during cold-weather operation. The requirement was not high-temperature drying. The main purpose was low-temperature freeze protection and controlled warming for stored chemical containers.

Why Thermal-Oil Heating Was Relevant
For chemical storage and hazardous-material heating, the heating architecture matters. An indirect thermal-oil heating structure can separate the primary heat source from the storage chamber and transfer heat through a controlled heat-exchange system.
This design direction is especially useful when the project requires conservative low-temperature heating and reduced direct ignition-source exposure near the chemical storage space.
