Cure powder coating, wet paint, primers, and functional coatings with stable airflow and uniform temperature for repeatable finish quality. Choose batch or continuous systems, integrate pretreatment and cooling, and specify part size and line speed for a manufacturer-built solution.

Support PCB coating, potting, encapsulation, and transformer varnish drying where cleanliness and control matter. Maintain temperatures, controlled airflow, and data logging for audit-ready quality; select chamber size, fixtures, and production cadence to match your sourcing and compliance requirements.

Run tempering, aging, annealing, and post-weld stress relief with controlled ramp/soak and consistent uniformity across large parts. Specify work envelope, load weight, and cycle time; we engineer insulation, circulation, and controls for repeatable heat-treatment results in production today.
Installation, Commissioning & Support

Achieve repeatable cure and finish quality for metal parts with stable airflow and uniform temperature. Configure batch or conveyor solutions, match line speed and part size, and add pretreatment interface, cooling, and data logging for production control.

Dry components, castings, coatings, and assemblies before coating, bonding, or packaging with controlled temperature and airflow. Specify load, cycle time, and humidity sensitivity; we build batch or continuous ovens with scalable chambers and stable performance.

Cure structural adhesives, sealants, and bonding compounds with controlled ramp/soak profiles and uniform heat transfer. Choose racking, fixtures, and airflow direction to reduce scrap; integrate with assembly cells and quality documentation for audits.
Custom Oven Engineering, Built to Spec

Select PLC/HMI, PID/SCR power control, recipe management, alarms, and data logging to standardize cycles across shifts. We configure sensors, interlocks, and remote diagnostics, then support commissioning and operator training so your oven runs safely and repeatably every day.

Need a non-standard oven? Share temperature range, solvent/ATEX risk, part size, load, and takt time. We engineer chamber, airflow, controls, and safety features, then define scope, drawings, and lead-time for RFQ approval with performance targets and acceptance criteria.

Keep ovens running with planned spare parts, preventive maintenance guidance, and troubleshooting support. Identify wear items, schedule inspections, and standardize replacement intervals. Reduce downtime risk with documented service routines, recommended inventory lists, and responsive technical assistance.

ZonHoo large industrial ovens are built for jobs that simply don’t fit in a standard oven. When your parts are long, wide, tall or extremely heavy, you need a large industrial oven that’s designed around real floor space, loading equipment and cycle time – not just a “stretched” box.

A ZonHoo large industrial oven is a purpose-built thermal processing system for oversized or heavy parts in a controlled workspace. Instead of modifying a small oven, we start with your real part envelope and design a large oven around clear loading, temperature and throughput targets:
We design and build large industrial ovens in-house for manufacturers who need stable, repeatable heat processes on big or awkward loads. From powder coating and drying to preheating and heat treatment, our oversized industrial ovens work hand-in-hand with the processes you see on our Coating & Surface Finishing and Heat Treatment & Conditioning application pages. If you’re still at the early stage, our Oven System Planning team can help map out the right large industrial oven and layout before you lock in your investment.

Large powder coating ovens are for long, tall or wide coated parts that need a clean, even cure in one shot. We size the usable workspace around your racks, trolleys or hanging frames, then tune airflow so the whole part hits the same cure window – not just the area near the probe. This is the go-to large industrial oven for many customers listed under our Coating Industry and Surface Treatment industry pages.

Our large convection ovens are general-purpose large industrial ovens for heating, drying and curing oversized loads. They’re a good fit when you run several product families but want one large batch oven as the backbone of the line, especially in Metalworking and Composites industries where product mix changes frequently.

When parts and fixtures are too heavy to carry, a large truck-in oven keeps operators safe and changeovers fast. Loads are staged on wheeled trucks outside the large industrial oven and rolled in as a unit. This layout is very similar to the dedicated Truck-In Oven product range but scaled up for oversized work.

Pass-through large ovens are designed for straight-line or U-shaped layouts where parts enter on one side and exit on the other. They work well when you want your large industrial oven to sit in the middle of a coating or assembly line instead of off to the side, often together with our Industrial Conveyor Oven solutions.

Heavy-duty large ovens are built for tough environments and very high live loads. We use thicker steel, reinforced supports and long-life components so they can run day after day in foundries, metal shops and heat treatment plants.

Sometimes the challenge is footprint, not height. Wide / deep large ovens are configured with extra-wide doors and deeper chambers so you can load large jigs, skids or slabs without fighting clearances. Many of our Natural Stone and Environmental Materials customers rely on this layout.
| Model | Ideal Application | Key Feature | Custom Options | Energy Efficiency |

ZonHoo’s engineering team designs every large industrial oven as if it will run in a real production plant – not a test lab. For more background, you can also refer to our Engineering Specs & Compliance resources and Media Library on the support side.
If your parts no longer fit comfortably, if you are splitting one job into many small batches, or if fixtures are too heavy to handle safely, it’s usually time to look at a large industrial oven. In many cases one correctly sized large oven can replace several small units and simplify scheduling, especially when combined with the workflows shown on our Drying & Preheating and Coating & Surface Finishing pages.
Start with three basics: maximum part size (including fixtures), total load weight and target throughput per shift. Share this with our engineers along with a simple layout drawing. We’ll come back with one or two large oven concepts that fit your floor space and utilities so your purchasing team has clear options to compare. If you need more background, our site-wide Frequently Asked Questions page also walks through typical sizing questions.
We design airflow – ducts, nozzles and recirculation fans – for the way your load is actually arranged, not an empty chamber. During start-up we can run mapping tests on your large industrial oven and fine-tune fan speed and dampers until the results match your process window, in line with our Commitment-To-Safety standards.
Depending on your equipment, we can design for fork-lift or pallet-truck loading, wheeled trucks on rails, crane loading, or fully integrated pass-through conveyor systems. For highly automated lines, your large industrial oven can be combined with our Continuous Ovens and conveyor solutions described in the Industrial Conveyor Oven section.
ZonHoo is a vertically integrated manufacturer. We design, fabricate and assemble our large industrial ovens in-house, then test them before shipment. That means you work directly with the engineering team that built your equipment, with long-term backup from Maintenance and Parts and Install & Engineering, not a middleman.
