Industrial Batch Oven for Multi-Stage Processing

High-temperature batch curing, drying, and heat treatment with programmable multi-segment control—built for electronics, automotive, metal parts, and chemicals.

Product Introduction:

The ZonHoo Industrial Batch Oven line is engineered for manufacturers who need reliable, repeatable results across mixed parts and multi-stage recipes—without paying a custom-equipment premium. Standardized core platforms with selectable airflow (horizontal/vertical/combination), heat sources (electric SCR, indirect gas, IR assist, or vacuum), and capacities from 100 L to 5000 L let you lock in the right specification quickly and scale with confidence. With operating envelopes from 100–600 °C and payloads ≥1000 kg, these ovens are built for powder curing, adhesive/epoxy cure, drying, pre-heat, stress-relief, aging, and light heat-treatment in electronics, automotive, metals, and chemicals.

Heavy-duty construction, cleanable interiors, and PID + SCR smooth power deliver fast heat-up and tight temperature uniformity (±2–3 °C at load, application-dependent). Programmable ramp/soak control with recipe library, batch ID/barcode start, and data logging (CSV/PDF) supports QA audits, SPC, and traceability. Every unit is factory tested and documented to cut install/start-up time; FAT/SAT, spare-parts kits, and remote diagnostics keep uptime high and TCO low. Compliance options include CE, UL-listed components, and AMS 2750 mapping on request, with typical lead times of 8–12 weeks depending on size and temperature package.

Walk-In Oven FAQ

What are the benefits of choosing a batch baking oven over continuous ovens?

Batch baking ovens offer precise control over smaller batches, making them ideal for industries where consistency and flexibility are crucial. They are perfect for applications like food production, where multi-tray baking and quick changeovers are essential.

Our ovens utilize advanced airflow designs, including side-to-side and top-down recirculation, to provide uniform heat distribution. This prevents hot and cold spots, ensuring high-quality results across the entire batch.

The Industrial Batch Baking Oven is versatile enough to handle a wide range of materials, including food products (e.g., nuts, seeds, and snacks), electronics (e.g., pre-baking components), and industrial materials (e.g., resin curing, powder baking).

With its efficient thermal control and rapid recovery time, our oven minimizes downtime between cycles. The ability to pre-program and save baking profiles also reduces setup time for each batch, improving overall throughput.

The Industrial Batch Baking Oven is versatile enough to handle a wide range of materials, including food products (e.g., nuts, seeds, and snacks), electronics (e.g., pre-baking components), and industrial materials (e.g., resin curing, powder baking).

The oven includes multiple safety features, such as dual over-temperature protection, airflow and blower interlocks, and electrical fault protection, to ensure safe and reliable operation even in demanding environments.
