Industrial Ovens for Reliable Heat Treatment, Curing & Drying
ZonHoo industrial ovens are engineered for manufacturers who need stable, repeatable heat processes instead of improvised “hot boxes”. From low-temperature drying to 400–600 °C heat treatment, we help you control temperature, airflow and safety so every batch looks like your best batch. Tell us your load, process and footprint – we’ll match it with the right oven design instead of forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model.

What Is a ZonHoo Industrial Oven?
A ZonHoo industrial oven is a purpose-built thermal processing system for heating parts, assemblies or materials in a controlled workspace. Compared with improvised furnaces or modified dryers, our ovens are designed around:
- Defined temperature ranges – typically 50–650 °C depending on the model and process.
- CFD-tuned airflow – horizontal, vertical or combination flow to keep every part in spec, not just the ones near the sensor.
- Documented uniformity – project-specific uniformity maps at full load, not empty-chamber claims.
- Safety and uptime – interlocks, over-temperature protection, exhaust and EHS options sized for your solvents and load.
Available Industrial Oven Models

Industrial Walk In Oven
Walk-in ovens for large parts or assemblies that can be rolled or carried into the chamber. Ideal when part size, not weight, is the main constraint – for example frames, panels, tools or assembled products.
- Typical range 80–400 °C
- Side or end-entry doors
- Floor or pit-mounted
- Forklift / cart access

Truck-In Oven
Cart-loaded batch ovens for heavy or bulky loads. Operators can stage the load outside the chamber and roll it in as a complete unit, improving ergonomics and reducing changeover time in busy plants.
- Typical range 80–500 °C
- 1–2 wheeled carts
- Heavy-duty floor and door
- Fast door-open recovery

Industrial Batch Oven
Flexible batch ovens for fixtures, baskets or racks, from lab-sized chambers to large-volume production. A good starting point when you have many different parts, moderate weights and frequent changeovers.
- Typical range 80–500 °C
- Electric or gas
- Combination airflow
- Configurable doors, carts and fixtures

Batch Baking Oven
Designed for multi-tray, multi-rack baking of dense loads. Suitable for food-grade components, rubber, composites and any process where stacked trays or racks must reach the same temperature with short cycle times.
- Typical range 80–300 °C
- Optimized for trays/racks
- Cross-flow or down-flow
- Easy cleaning interior
Drum Heating Ovens
Ovens designed specifically for heating 200 L drums, IBCs or similar containers. Used to reduce viscosity, improve flow or melt solidified contents before pumping or mixing.
- Typical range 50–200 °C
- Multiple drum positions
- Safe ventilation
- Spill-friendly, easy-clean floor
Electric Industrial Oven
General-purpose electric industrial ovens for small to medium batches. Ideal when you need clean, quiet operation and precise temperature control without gas piping. Commonly used for paint curing, adhesive curing, plastics and light heat treatment.
- Typical range 50–400 °C
- Electric heat
- Horizontal or vertical airflow
- Batch or walk-in layouts

FAQ
How do I choose between an electric and gas industrial oven?
Electric ovens are usually preferred for clean operation, tighter temperature control and simpler installation for small to medium batch sizes. Gas ovens often have a lower energy cost per kWh equivalent and are better for high-energy, high-throughput processes. Share your local energy prices and typical production hours and ZonHoo can compare total cost of ownership for both options.
What information do you need for an accurate RFQ?
We usually start with part drawings or photos, batch size and weight, current process steps (temperature, time, cycle), available footprint and utilities. You can send this to us directly or use our RFQ checklist. Our oven engineers will propose a model, lock key parameters and provide an indicative lead time.
What temperature uniformity can ZonHoo industrial ovens achieve?
For most industrial oven projects we design around ±3–5 °C at full load. For critical applications we can engineer tighter bands and provide a documented uniformity map during commissioning. Uniformity is always specified for the usable workspace and a realistic load, not an empty chamber.
Can you integrate the oven into our existing production line?
Yes. ZonHoo can coordinate loading systems, conveyors, fixtures and controls so the oven fits into your layout and line logic. Our Oven System Planning team works with your process and automation engineers from concept to SAT.
What is the typical lead time for a new industrial oven?
Standardized builds and common sizes can often ship in 4–5 weeks, depending on temperature, options and documentation requirements. Highly customized systems take longer. The earlier we receive your RFQ and locked specs, the sooner we can reserve production slots.
How do you support maintenance and spare parts?
We provide a recommended maintenance plan, spare-parts list and remote support options with every project. Our Maintenance and Parts and Service & Spare-Parts Center teams can help you plan shutdowns, stock critical spares and respond quickly if you have an issue.
